Mandy Seymour has over two decades of leadership experience in both academic and community healthcare systems across the Midwest. With a Master’s degree in Nursing, focused on Health System Administration from UC Denver, the bulk of her bedside career was in the emergency department, where she developed a deep commitment to mental health patient care. This experience fueled her passion for serving the mental health and addiction populations, guiding her approach to patient-centric, trauma-informed care.

Mandy’s expertise spans a wide range of healthcare specialties, where she has consistently focused on patient care excellence through thoughtful operational and nursing leadership. She has been instrumental in implementing compassionate, whole-person care models within large academic healthcare systems.

Known for her ability to build cohesive and high-performing nursing teams, Mandy excels in navigating complex healthcare challenges, always prioritizing the advancement of the nursing profession. Her leadership style is rooted in a commitment to supporting and inspiring her teams to achieve meaningful, patient-centered outcomes.

Outside of her professional life, Mandy enjoys exploring the 10,000 lakes of Minnesota, where she resides in Minneapolis with her family, including her three adult children. She spends her free time paddle-boarding, gardening, and walking her dogs.
